Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the downtown area known for its vibrant restaurants, shopping, seven colleges and universities, top-rated hospitals, scenic walking trails, and the brand-new Fifth Third Stadium.

The space

Eastwood House offers a warm and inviting home on Spartanburg’s charming east side. Our three-bedroom, two-bath home offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, where you can relax in a quiet neighborhood while still being minutes from downtown’s dining, shopping, and entertainment. Imagine starting your morning with coffee on the front porch, exploring nearby trails, or catching a game at the brand-new Fifth Third Stadium. With space for six guests, Eastwood House is ideal for families, friends, or anyone seeking a comfortable home base in the heart of the city.

  • The primary bedroom features a queen bed and a 50-inch smart TV for your favorite streaming. The recently updated en suite bathroom includes dual pedestal sinks, recessed medicine cabinets, and a tiled shower with glass doors. A second bedroom offers a queen bed and a 40-inch smart TV. The adjacent full bathroom is complete with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom (which can alternatively be used as a den) provides a queen sleeper sofa with a comfortable topper for flexible additional sleeping arrangements.

    Guests will certainly enjoy Eastwood’s outdoor spaces. Relax on the front porch swing and rocking chairs surrounded by lush privacy landscaping. The rear screened porch overlooks the private backyard.

    At the heart of the home is its bright kitchen and dining areas, featuring new appliances, a cozy breakfast nook for four, and a dining room with seating for six. The spacious family room boasts a comfortable sofa, chairs, and a 55-inch smart TV over a decorative fireplace.  Eastwood House also offers a separate laundry room, keyless entry, high-speed Wi-Fi, and ample parking for up to six vehicles.

    This was a lovely house in a great neighborhood, and everything met our expectations. The kitchen is spacious, recently updated, and was equipped with basics such as oil and spices. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and tidy. The hosts were helpful and friendly, and they really took the time to make us feel welcome in their home. I will definitely look to stay here again the next time we’re in town.
